What is Mississippi’s plan?

I’m aware that Mississippi gains more money from the federal government than they ever send back to Washington, that’s not particularly unique to Mississippi, imo, that’s quite common, I think… where is Mississippi’s casino revenue going?

Casino money goes to New roads and lowering income tax for the people that work
