I misspoke. I live in the med center. What I meant to say was that before they fixed up S. Main, it looked exactly like the 3rd ward. Now it looks like the Galleria, but with a little less traffic. Keep your eye on gentrification of the wards. Excellent real estate investment opportunities. Now I'm being completely serious.
