As I stated earlier dick, you sent a p411 pm asking a question. I did not receive an appointment request. Your p411 pm was still in my inbox, so that is how. Again, my deepest apologies dick. I agree that communication is key, but some providers are not full time and do other things with their life like: raise families, attend college, and work another full time job. I get busy, very busy, so persistance is key too. It was nothing personal as you seem to have taken it by bringing it up in a coed thread.
