How sweet it is: McDaniel loses in Mississippi and goes on live TV to whine about how the liberal Democrats (black voters in MS) are to blame then up here in Oklahoma, the black Tea Party candidate (Shannon) lost even though the Vitalis douchebag from Texas, Teddy TeaBagger Cruz and Sarah MentalMidget Palin, showed up to lend their support with endorsements! Both should run as Independents and/or Conservatives. There might be some damage on down the ticket but we need to make a point... Fuck RINOS

Democrats in Mississippi can vote in Republican primary and runoffs if they hadn't previously voted in the Democratic primary or runoff.

They just don't believe that Republicans might not be willing to let the TeaWipes win without fighting for their turf.

They'll give up when the court orders it.

That Cochran RINO is not doing a good of a job for the people of Mississippi... Oh well business as usual... http://www.politisite.com/2011/06/13...oocher-index1/
wow and far out man...you chart looks like a lava lamp I owned....

It appears that some of the Democrats in Mississippi who voted in the Republican primary *HAD* already voted in the Democratic primary or runoff.

Which even you admit is illegal.
What's the problem here? Isn't coalition building a part of politics?

To me, this is what is great about democracy. Those democrats voted for the lesser of two evils. And Cochran (who is a pretty good senator) can stay in the senate and do what he's always done. It is really a win win. I wish all primaries were open. You would have politicians who are more accountable. That's for sure.

After open primaries, we should look at banning all of the money in politics (I'm sorry, free speech) and gerrymandering. We fix those three problems and we might have a representative government!

Just the thought has me giddy.

Also, if McDaniel runs as an independent, that seat will suddenly be in play. McDaniel votes are Republican; it would split the vote.

Have we forgotten Missouri already? This isn't about building anything. In Missouri they had three candidates to run against Claire MacCaskill. Of the three, Todd Akin was the weakest by far. He had a history of saying stupid things and he was a complete establishment asshole. He was also third in the polling leading up to the election. Then it happened. New ads came out "attacking" Akin as being TOO conservative for Missouri. Like the Briar Patch, this ads were just what was needed to convince enough people that Akin was a conservative, which he wasn't. These ads cost over 1.5 million dollars and they were run by the Committee to Reelect Claire MacCaskill! Locally and even nationally some people cried foul. Let her run in her primary and let the GOP run in their primary. Leading democrats thought that this was a grand idea. Take the wife of a Kansas City drug dealer and make her the state auditor. Kill off the husband. She gets remarried to a man who runs some nursing homes (enough to make him a multi millionaire) and now she oversees the audits that could put him out of business. Run her for the US Senate by making up stories about the man who occupies the spot. Of course those storied were debunked.....after the election. Now this woman is in the Senate and the first thing she does is promote a no account, no nothing from Chicago for President. Her interests in him coincides with his interest in becoming president which was about 180 days after they both got elected.

Drugs, murders, corruption, unethical behavior have following this democratic woman her entire career. Now it is spreading to the south. What happened in Mississippi was illegal and unethical. I would think that all you fair minded (accounting to yourselves) would want to open the voting rolls just to embarrass McDaniels. Funny thing though, since Gore and 2000 you all have not been keen on looking at the rolls.
When did you start thinking politics was fair legal and ethical?

It's so funny when you claim to be independent, but always support Obama and the Statists.
