What happened to Floyd was despicable injustice that should never be tolerated, but going and erecting statues of the guy as if he is is fucking Luther King Jr is going too far and is disrespecting people who have been treated unjustly in the exact same way as Floyd. Where I sit the Asians (Orientals specifically before it became a politically incorrect term) who've been here at least one generation are doing splendidly. I worked in IT with them and they are smart, industrious and committed to their job. They command and deserve respect. The ones that I'm FB friends with like to show off their wealth and position. Friends and family are everything. The slights they experience are things like: "I went to the hospital to visit my mother and was asked 'Doctor which dept do you work in?'" Seriously.

Now the ones sent over to work the jack shacks are another story.
