PAYING TO PARK?? ISSUE FOR HOBBYIST??

I found one...
Parking wont be an issue this trip...
H Town is so spread out, there are many hotels that offer free parking. Why choose a hotel that creates more paper trail? Choose a hotel that makes it easy on hobbiests.

I have no issues with clients having to pay for parking at my new place or towing in greensway/Galleria area. Free parking!! But I can see how that can be a buzz kill on funds and paper trail.

Is there some combination of free parking ( Wallgreens, Target) and a short Uber ride a doable work-around?

Another option that can be made to work is the Metro Bus.

So damn slow. Unless you work on the train route and the incall is also on the train route.

I stress about parking regardless, because my vehicle is tall and doesn't fit in some of the garages in the galleria (4x4 with a roof rack). A lot of time, the issues isn't so much paying, it's the paper trail that follows the payment. Originally Posted by idiot savant

Shine da great loves ta pay for valet because it means a byotch has enough sense to provide out of a decent hotel. Plus da great usually borrows da foooking og's range Rover for dates so I can't risk it getting scratched. Da og is well known at all da classy hotels so Dem clowns know not to foook WID his car. Tooodlez....

There's actually a few places I rather not use or go visit due to their parking situation a-k-a valet only.

Likewise, I don't like strangers parking my car ,rumbling through my stuff lol

I've used valet twice and twice it was not a positive situation.
More like NOSEY

Something overlooked in this discussion is does the hotel have a bike rack for PMXCC?...haha

Hotels that require payment for parking are usually jammed into small areas and are typically confusing. Confusing hotels means hobbiests need to search for rooms, elevators, which can make them late for appointment.

Just make things simple. The holidays inn, Hampton inns are all nice and typically don't charge for parking. They are cookie cutter and typically easy to navigate.

When I choose to do an incall it means half an hour of driving each way. With an hour appointment that is two hours of time commitment.

If I know I am going to a hotel that is difficult to navigate, have to valet, or park and walk. Those are all additional time commitments that take away from work/family life.

The paying for parking is not an issue for me. It's the additional time requirement that becomes problematic for me. Please, make it as easy as possible for us.
