Totally understand why anyone would feel this way. However, the saying two wrongs don't make it right comes to mind. This eye for an eye, as it were is almost the same as stooping to the same level and we can not solve a problem at the same level that it was created.

You are absolutely correct, samurai7assin. To solve a crime extremely reliable results has been obtained through counseling. Solutions, to the extent that they are possible, however come from drastic action.
