Not familiar with the 2 in 1 places. Do you just go in and ask for a massage or do you have to get a pedi and wait for them to offer it ? Also are the rooms discrete or in plain sight for nail and hair customers ?

Just go in and ask for a massage. If you are nervous, call ahead for an appointment and mention it when you walk in.
