Eccie accounts under attack

The problem we're complaining about has nothing to do with the complexity of anybody's password. This is a site issue. I'm hoping someone is actually working on a fix, but I have absolutely no idea if anything is being done about it.

I wish someone with some knowledge would enlighten us. Pretty please...with sugar on top.
