Wow thanks for the tips guys. So let me summarize this and people please correct me if I am wrong:

I get a P411 account, meet with two providers on P411 for verification. Does that sound about right?

Sir, the purpose of getting the account is the sleuths at P411 do the initial screening so that if you have any "concerns" in your current or past "work history or other activities" that might give a person you wish to meet "pause" it will be ferreted out in the "vetting" process.

I bet your "employer" has discretionary spending funds to cover the fee.
