BP PRAYER

When I used BP heavily I just went with my own intuition, gut instinct, spidey sense, and any other way you wanna word it. Many times you get numbers that are either no longer in service, straight to voicemail, or vm full. As far as a hit/miss ratio (miss being terrible session that felt like a waste of money), I think my batting avg. is pretty good. The best thing I can say is that you have to be patient and keep expectations reasonable.
