Beer Ice Cream?

I still have my reservations about beer and ice cream(ugghh). Ditch the beer and mix some hard clear liquor like vodka or gin and I may be able to hang.

I went by Amy's Ice Cream last night. They're currently serving Guinness Ice Cream.

I've seen them serve St. Arnold's and Shiner before as well.
