If I chose to use the thread in a civil case of "defamation of character " it would be to show that the malicious intent of not only effecting my personal private life but also my professional life as well. Also keep in mind that there are 2 issues at hand. Not just two people that did a "defamation of character " but another legal issue that is connected to the issue.
