If properly used and the lady isn't completely 'cavernous' down there then it should fit well and feel really good. My limited experience with it did not feel like a trash bag.
It is not visually appealing though.

I've had 2 sessions utilizing the FC (with the same provider). at first I was a bit skeptical and hesitate about using it, but after she inserted one in each of her holes I was definitely curious and excited.
