To answer your question it is attraction and what is or feels like a connection and fun time. Being able to laugh before, after and sometime during goes a long way.

I did forget to mention hygiene. That is critical! There have been several ladies that I would have seen multiple times but for lack of good hygiene.

I think the pictures definitely get the man through the door the first time, but if the pictures don't resemble the girl in the room, they won't keep coming back no matter how good the rates or services are. Rates have a little bit to do with it, but at the same time guys will also save up to see a girl they really like.

Keeping the focusing on the client and his/her needs instead of trying to discredit competitors is also a helpful tip.

Cleanliness, chemistry, professionalism, fashion sense, adequately prepared hair and make up, the ability to hold stimulating and intelligent conversation, and something as simple as the way a woman bats her eyes can also be helpful.
