Downtown area's actually a great place to stay. The area across the West Village has seen huge growth. Out with the "working class" and in with the trendy/yuppy types who are gentrifying previously a mexican tacostand district. Plenty of potential new customers there. The parking on a lot of that zone is plentiful cause it's not the urban business core. Anyway, I'd say it's a great place for providers to live in and establish clientele from all the nearby and easily accessible exurbs. -pbn
btw - count me in as a potential customer. I love a good serving of milk with my cherry pie.
