In order to get busted you have to break the law. Do you know what the law states? If you don't, find it, read it, understand it, THEN you will know the "things we should say or do or not say or do" This advice applies to the providers as well.Um... do you know the phrase "You might be the RAP, you WON'T beat the RIDE" it means if they think they have probable cause, they can take you down.. and while going down they decide they do not have enough... but in the meantime you car is impounded, and you get released from the police station.
in a private apartment or house cops will need more than just suspicion. If the neighbors see a lot of cars coming and going, that might cause it... which is why the low volume ladies usually work from an apartment or house. There are exceptions to the rule.... I have known a few that maintain a well decorated extended stay hotel room close to where they actually live for safety... the difference between keeping an "offsite office" and living there means you can offer safety from your neighbors for you and your clients.
