Well I drink about 10 cups of coffee in the morning..yes..10..Actually, what is REALLY cool about coffee is that many, many studies have failed to find any real adverse effects on health. Oh, they've tried like hell. But completely failed. It seems to be perfectly safe, even for elderly folks and people with high blood pressure.
