MMMM going to NYC. MMM you can take the train to NYC from near your starting point. And stop at a few upstate NY city's on the way. Then go from there, mmmm or make NYC at the end and train it the last leg home. Making a few extra stops.
Train will drop you off(or pick up at) at Pennstation under the garden. Take the subway anywhere you want to go.
