Yeah, to me, downtown is loosely defined as an area you could walk with relative ease, bounded by I-35W, I-30, the Trinity River, and, to the west, either Henderson Street. Walking from the skyscrapers in the CBD past Henderson is a bit of a hike, but there are a tall buildings out that way, making that area eligible for consideration.
