Question for the forum

Personally, I think this is a conversation you should've been having with her. You could've told her what your budget was and she would've had a choice of working with it or not... since this is a free market, you have the choice to purchase or walk away. But, the truth is, once you start resenting the price you pay, is time to walk away...
Good luck

Going back will just cause more resentment, more stressful, requiring more massage work. You're screwed dude... lol.
Seriously though, talk to her, work out a deal that's beneficial to both of you, or find another massage girl and start all over again.
Good Luck
^^^^^ Agree with Hardhat here. After starting this tread, if she see's or hears about it, your screwed and tattooed sweetie.

So a while back when I scheduled a session she informed me that my rate was now 130 for 1.5 hours. I was like okay.....and we went with that for a while, but I wasn't coming to see her as often as before because of this......

But when I originally asked about the 1.5 rate....she specifically said "for you, 110".....which is why I saw her sometimes 3 times in two weeks.......

Lets do the math on this......$110x3=$330x2=$660/month from me. Now compare that to the once a month I started to see her at 130......

See, at 110, she set herself apart from others but at 130-150, she falls back to the pack with the other massuses......

I didnt ask for a special rate, she offered it to me.
she offered it to me. Originally Posted by Black Bauer

Sounds like you are more upset that she's treating you like everyone else when you think, in your sole opinion, that you should be treated differently. But, if that's enough to keep you from going back then that's entirely your call. No one here can tell you to pay more or to stay away. But despite being a loyal customer you are a customer to her, nothing more. Once you accept that you can then decide if the service and familiarity is worth what everyone else pays for it.
3 yrs and she increases
fee sounds legit because
of inflation. Everything in
society goes "up".
If you never got a raise at
work or didn't get compensated
for overtime, you would be pissed.
You are a loyal, hard worker that
has never missed work and you
deserve a raise.
She gave herself a deserved increase.
Fair enough.

Stock goes up and down,
Wage increases are
done by inflation.

I personally don't haggle with the ladies regarding their prices. If it's too high, I just don't see her. StickyFingers is right that you tricked yourself into believing you were special. She actually did her job very well. We all have our rates we are willing to pay and it seems like you hit your ceiling where it isn't worth it to you. Just find another lady or just pay her rate. She got popular and increased her rates accordingly. Nature of the game. You're not wrong to feel like you do, but she's not wrong for increasing her rate for your either. If she did the math like you did, she'd realize it's more to her benefit to keep you at your old rate..... or she has 10 guys just like you that are willing to pay her new rate and it's worth it to her to lose you. Never know.
