I don't know why people are so stupid about this. The ruling merely gave the STATES not the FEDS the right to choose whether or not they want to support abortion. Some electorates don't want it, some do. Fine. I understand your point but isn’t there an inconsistency in your logic? Didn’t the court just also over rule states rights to implement local gun laws as per local constituents? Not agree or disagreeing with either ruling but the application of logic seems to be inconsistent based on desired outcome, which is not something I want my court to be doing. It’s just bad for business if I can’t predict what the rules will be.
