This is a classic example of tragedies that happen and the government failing to do something that possibly could have prevented it before it happened. Additionally it proves that the government is not the answer to everything especially when they do such a poor job at almost everything they touch, with a few exceptions.

There will be a full investigation that will show human error and or failure of inspectors to identify they issues prior to approving the installation. I will guess that the contractor failed to use the specified materials in the construction and or bought materials that were not what they were represented to be. It will be interesting to learn what the cuase of the failure actually was. Originally Posted by The2Dogs
