I think you can also handle this through a Trust, where a trustee would have that responsibility. Good luck!

You may be thinking of commercial trust outfits, but they will change annual fees etc. I doubt they would touch it unless there's some amount of funds for them to also be custodian of.
Atty's will also charge fees, perhaps less than commercial trust outfits though.
So we're back to trusted friend.
