I believe he sits in his car and waits for them to show up walking around late at night in the Am . I’ve seen those streetwalkers hanging around there all up Oltorf and Burton it’s like Runberg, but in South Austin sketchy place known for that . I’ve seen them walking around stung out during the day even . :O
