Whether you choose to give her something (for past services, for future good will, for gas money, etc.) is a personal choice. But you owe her nothing. Nothing at all. She owes you, at the very least, an apology.

I also think that you owe the board her name lest someone else fall into the same mess and disappointment that you did.

You owe nothing...and someone that intoxicated on the road even for 3 miles...this could have been far worse.
