I have been to all the Kenny's restaurants http://kennysfood.com/restaurants/ and frankly I am not impressed:

I think their prices are too high for what you get in terms of quality and quantity and presentation.

Has no one mentioned Haystack's or Shady's

Both in Richardson..... but they are two of my fav places in the DFW area.

~Ze~ recommended Haystack a couple of years ago, and I took the bait. I have to stay away from that place because I think I gain 2 pounds just walking in the door, but I'd go every week if I could afford to (weight wise, not money wise). Great place!

Tee hee... I had my monthly quota of red meat there earlier this week.

You should try Shady's.

Pearl Cup is right next door and is one of my fav coffee shops. They are tucked away in a residential area and both offer really nice outside patios.

I might head to Pearl Cup later today just to chill.

Four Dallas Burgers You Need to Eat This Summer

The BBQ's brisket/pork barbecue burger sounds divine!!

I like Dugg Burgers

They hollow the top bun and put fillings in it...less bread...more meat and the good stuff.

Damn!

Now I am hungry!
Midway point has amazing burgers and cottage fries and a handful of other things.
Big thick had made burgers and school hole in the wall sports bar. Not everything on the menu is amazing but the burgers and cottage fries are great, and a few other things I am having an issue remembering.

Burgers are a standout. If really hunger try to finish the double cheese burger it will put most in a food coma. If game day the service can be sluggish sometimes is its biggest downfall. but on normal days it is usually good.

I just thank god that they are so far from Plano. Otherwise I would not be able to hobby because all my money would go in eating burgers.
