fake adds

I blur my face to protect my identity. If you put it out there 100% then it becomes hard to deny it is you. Originally Posted by Kitten

Just a small tip.

Hell car dealerships use fake ads to lure you in. What would be so different than some females looking to drum up revenue. Many of the fake ones is LE posing to bust the right John or Jane at a famous Notel.

If one does their homework, the fake is easily revealed. What gets me is the phone number used for like 5 ads.

@ Alishadonovan - do yall not have Cricket, Boost, or any other the unlimited cell phone companies around for a hobby phone? I understand keeping a reasonable phone bill but it sure throws a brotha off when searching numbers and multiple ladies get a hit.
This a very relevant thread. I have a simple, unscientific way of determining whether or not an ad on Backpage is fake.

Basically, if it looks too good to be true, it is true. I only joke. There are some good looking women out there that actually have model quality pictures.

The best way of determining whether an ad is fake is examining the text and pictures in the ad. For example, excessive misspellings should be a hint. Also, if the pictures in the ad are of a known pornstar.

At the end of the day, you must use judgement. However, if an ad is well written and neatly presented and the woman in the pictures is clearly not a model or a pornstar, then it's probably legitimate.
