Snow crab prices are insane lately. 29 to 32 hucks a pound? !?!?!? Really ?

Recently noticed that crab prices have normalized again.........for now.

Alaska Dept of Fish and Game has a historical shellfish landed (on dock) pricing that goes back several years.
Note this is the price when ships unload, then all the middlemen and transport costs get added in until it's at your local grocery store.

Both of my cousins have quit and sold their ships.
