Appreciate all the feedback. As always, a little bit of truth in all the replies and a little bit of misconception that is understandable in that, as pointed out, all the details were not fully posted for privacy reasons. The issue seems to be resolved for now. And obviously all the lines were crossed by all parties, as is likely to happen from time to time if you do this long enough.
