In fact, the main board in one of my most visited cities got shut down, and I still have no idea where to go, so I pretty much just stopped looking there. Lost my reviews too, thereby lowering me from "Noob" back down to "Supernoob."
i live in maryland and eccie isn't really used here, but the iso from guys from cities where its very popular go unanswered. it doesnt cost you anything, just a few moments of time - so i would still post the ad.
