These new rules do, of course, extend to those who love to send abusive PM's, correct?
Also-- while I'd love to believe that this may bring the board back to life... experience on other forums has shown that the more "kind and gentle" a board becomes, the quicker the death of activity. Those that start off "kind and gentle" tend to do ok.. but when a board shifts from one style to another.... its often a different outcome.

It all depends on how efficiently this "zero tolerance" policy for insulting, harassing and bullying others is enforced.
