You know, Gerry Studds, democratic congressman from Massachusetts who ADMITTED to bedding young boys (congressional pages) as young as 14 years old. I think I have made it pretty clear more than once that gender specifics ends up biting us in the ass. These laws are for the local governments to repair and not the US Congress.
