If you charge per hour an hour is an hour unless you say no msog or an hour or until you pop, whichever comes first. I always offer MSOG on sessions one hour or longer. I've had many guys tell me they don't pop twice but I always try to get them there. They pay for their time and should be able to use it how they wish.
