It has been brought to my attention that Rover -- as it was designed for educational use -- has pretty restrictive blocking and filtering. ECCIE is not on the acceptable list (shocking!).

My android phone just got hpgraded to ics. With the defualt browser i was able to use the chat fine. It would be a lot simpler with a physical keyboard though because when you type you cant see all the new comments
