Questions. BP services

not sure what p4p means, and tipping can be before or after. I'm not sure what providers even charge, but I'm sure what you consider ridiculous, I would think is worth it. I watch too much Nancy Grace, I guess I see a providers job as pretty risky and think they should be compensated very well. If it were me, I just would not see any service provider of any kind unless I could pay a lot more then what they were asking. I'd want to be thought of as very generous.
