I looked at those reviews and the links to the ads and I totally see how confusing that is! Definitely NOT working for what I would term a "pimp"...but hard to tell if they are indy girls working together or if it is really some form of an agency. From that info it is hard to tell, and that is quite a bit of research with looking at the ads and everything.
One side note I can add is that one reason you see more groups of indies working together in what is not really an agency is that it takes minimum of 1.5K to keep a nice incall. Mix all the personalities and experience levels of the ladies sharing a location together and sometimes it does look more like an agency.
