I would say at least offer 5-10 reduced review rates. And those rates should be at least 10% below what other providers are charging. After that the provider can increase the price to her liking and see if that works for her.

Going rate is average 250...plenty of girls pulling 3...and they know a good number of the guys rotate around among the girls.

If they perform at that rate they will get good reviews and be able to stay there. I don't really like it either but I can see why it happens.

In my case, what a provider, new or experienced charges, is only one factor.
Others are, in no particular order of priority, attitude, playfulness, looks, character, sense of humor, self-respect and sex appeal, the latter being a subjective thing different for each of us, thank goodness!
Everyone has their own set of priorities!
Basically clients are paying for entertainment - successful providers realize that and provide it. They often are great actresses!
So in the end - you get what you pay for!
