A well-traveled monger-friend from Dallas visits her everytime he passes through LA. She told him that she prefers Dallas, but has too many issues with management style out here. These ladies work 12-hr days, 7 days a week, trapped inside all day. If they want a few hours off to get out and go shopping, then why the hell not. Management thinking .....gee if guys are leaving 300 when the price is 280 maybe 300 needs to be the price. Same thing if we start leaving 320 or 340 then maybe that should be the price.
