Someone please explain to me the difference

Hahaa nice one bbkid. Yeah I can see how if it was run all above board, that an agency would be ok. I just think given human nature, it could turn real bad real fast. As stated the only providers I have thus far seen were both independent. I did visit a spa once, that was a whole dif experience. I gotta say I prefer providers over spas. Seemed less obvious.
