For educational purposes only, this is the portion of the GL that applies each time you publicly call Sam out with an action he performs..
#3 - Disrespect to others, IN GENERAL, will be considered an item of low tolerance, especially when posting in our coed forums. Follow the Golden Rule and treat others as you wish to be treated yourself. This applies to fellow members as well as staff. We do not require that you have respect for us, but we do require that you treat us respectfully in the public forums.
If you feel the need to vent, gripe, or blow off some steam regarding a staff member's action or decision, we ask that you keep it private. Email, RTM, or the PM system would be the appropriate avenue to take in such cases. In cases where you would like to request additional clarity about a staff decision, you are free to pursue an answer in either a public forum or private means of communication. If handled publicly, post your inquiry in a respectful manner.
Just a few of your comments reflected at Sam:
How about ALL the mods learn to give a reason in the open so that EVERYONE benefits??? And thus.... way LESS -- "check pm".
Too bad common sense has left the building around here
I'm guessing that the members here would like a better explanation of why the "check pm" so that we could ALL become better reviewers.
Incorrect.
By stating what was lacking, it helps everyone in the community through education.
What about that do you not understand?
You don't spend enough time there then. DD is great, but with one of the mods, it's like he's working alone.... and with the other, it's like he's working with a broken arm....
These are just a few of the several times where you could have handled your concerns thru a
private pm in an attempt to resolve the issues.
Just a brief history, Sam and I talked about encounters and how to go about making it easier for the OP, the mods and admins as well. If a review is missing a component, instead of just auto-rejecting it and then going back to edit the encounter to include the missing info. Then having to provide all the documentation to admins to grant PA to the member. Much easier to fix it before rejecting it.
Another example of trying to help the members to understand the minimum requirements for a review to be approved for PA:
