I agree with her. It is the job of a professional police officer to de-escalate a situation. All to often today cops do quite the opposite. This cop escalated this situation with his threats of using force I.E. tazer. His performance turned a routine traffic situation into a death penalty case. He then forced her to become a Jerry Springer/Maury Povich episode in a maxi-dress from there on out, right?
And I'm no doctor or lawyer, but I think it was the garbage bag she wrapped around her neck that killed her, not a judge or jury. But that is also his fault. Surely, she was a completely sane and decent human being before he came along.
