Gotta say...The Exorcist. I was 11 and sneaked in to see it (I would have NEVER been allowed to see it by my parents). I could barely watch it. I had nightmares for a week and I swore I would never watch a scary movie ever again. I didn't see another one until I was 18.
Nosferatu , tame by today's standards but creeped me out pretty good when I was 9yrs old .
Stephen King's IT....I can't watch that shit in the daytime! Pathetic. But almost 30, still can't watch it. But dmned If I don't try my best!

Nightmare on Elm Street. Freddy Krueger is the ultimate in horror characters. Damn, I still remember sneaking out of bed to watch it and then not sleeping for like 2 days.

"It" freaked me out too, and poltergeist. Both made me hate clowns till this day.

+1 on Nightmare on Elm Street. If we get away from horror movies though, how about Outbreak?
The first movie to scare the crap out of me would have been Friday the 13th in 3d. My cousin dared me to sit in the front row.
^ seriously???

Eraserhead was like letting David Lynch take a scredriver and make bad adjustments between my ears. Only saw it once - that was plenty. Not scary, just so freaking weird.
Y'all are pretty young. The one that got me going was "Wait until Dark", a 1967 movie I saw when I was in HS. Even with 'Nam, things were different back then regarding suspense/horror flicks.

Human Centipede was funny...lol. The acting was horrible.

+1 on Faces of Death. But the end of the 4th one creeped me out.

The movie I say scared me was Silence of The Lambs. I was in elementary and they were all so damn creepy.
Faces of death is crazy! +1

And the leprechaun movies are gay, but they still scare me lol. AMC is running all the old scary movies from back in the day lately. Needless to say, I've been sleepless a lot lately!
