Do you really think the police would show a video on them having sex woth you during a trial? A jury would never convict a "prostitute" after that. That video would conviently come up missing. Originally Posted by MyRedRocket

Personally I won't see a provider who does not screen me thoroughly. The ones that do not could be targets of LE. When a provider does not screen it tells me they are not true professionals, and if they are not paying attention to whom they see it is a huge red flag about their level of discretion and ability to be a reliable provider. I' ve been a provider since 08 and have been in trouble only once when I first started(5 years ago). This is also my reasoning for not taking provider refs for.screening.I spent $6k on a lawyer preparing to go to trial. I had EXACTLY what I stated(dna evidence). My case was dropped before it got to trial. I will never offer advice again because forums seem to be like the blind leading the blind off a cliff. My 2 cents..

There's certainly a sense for all of us who post outside of marketing or searching for the right person of, "Why exactly am I posting on here? Why is this worth my time?" I can't give that answer for you, because I don't know you from Adam.

What I can say is that this forum is no different than any other message board I've been on in terms of people dynamics. I'm not talking about porn boards, or escort boards. I'm talking bulletin boards on every subject under the sun. Same people. Different handles. It's because at the end of the day, we're all human.

You're always going to get people who think they know all the answers. Goodness knows I'm that guy sometimes. And you're probably that person at times, too. To me, the key thing is, are we willing to listen to the other person before forming a convicted opinion?

Well, the problem with all anonymous sites, is how much of myself do I really want to reveal? For example, if you had made your last post at the very beginning, would it have changed the tone of the conversation? Maybe, but maybe not.

The key thing, is that you really didn't want to post that. You just wanted to post your opinion based on personal experience, without relaying the personal experience. It was only after being challenged by anonymous handles that don't know you, or anything about you, that you came back with more detail to back your opinion.

While I can't give you reasons why you should post for you --- you have to figure that out yourself --- I can tell you reasons why *I'd* like to see you post.

I am very new to this world. I have been happy with my experiences so far, and the overwhelming reason for that, is THIS site, and the guidance the contributors here have helped give me. The provider side is even more risky, particularly for women who are just starting out, and may not have a healthy mentor relationship they can count on.

By contributing your wisdom, maybe at some point you'll help someone who otherwise would have had to find out the hard way, with possibly some life altering consequences. I don't know. Maybe not. But that's what I would hope for.

In any case, thank you for your posts on this thread. I thought it was very interesting.

I would also add that any time a woman has been forced into sex, she should immediately go to the nearest hospital/law enforcement facility and ask for a rape kit. Even minuscule amounts of DNA can be used to buttress her case. But the sooner the better.
The answer to the original post is that it depends on where you are. I only know of these two cases from reading the local newspapers, but here goes for what it is worth. In The Seattle area more that one officer had full sex with multiple girls at a massage parlor before busting the parlor. They said they had to make sure that it was all the girls and not just one rogue. The case stuck. On the other hand in Glendale, Colorado some cops set up a sting where they called outcall internet girls to a hotel room and then went a little too far before making the bust. Everything was thrown out and the cops got in trouble.
Fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine in Texas would likely lead to the "tainted" evidence getting excluded/suppressed pretty quickly. Also, who's to say that a provider wasn't induced to commit the charged offense by the super-sexy (hah!) officer's sexual advances? That's the statutory definition of entrapment.

That, coupled with the fact it would take a ballsy DA (read: Politically idiotic) to proceed with filing after hearing that LE did some some extracurricular feelin' out before fillin' out the paperwork.

That said: Be safe. Screen refs. Be proactive instead of reactive, and hopefully you never have to rely on any defense.
Ladies, if you happen to meet LE and they have sex with you and then arrest you DEMAND a RAPE KIT when you get to jail! You are allowed to have this if you feel you've been violated or sexually assualted! It isnt even so much about the rape part, its for DNA evidence to present for court Originally Posted by MyRedRocket

I absolutely have never seen a case where the deed captured on video.

Any hooker who gets convicted by a jury with these facts has the worst lawyer ever!

To the OP, having dinner and drinks with someone before "dessert" and not getting paid until after the deed is just about the closest thing to ensuring you won't get busted. Like another poster mentioned, the only way this might play out is that they are looking to use you to bust a much bigger fish.

What we are asking here is can LE commit a crime to make an arrest for crime. I think that they probably could if the situation was dire enough. But remember they do not want to unnecessarily expose LE to danger. Exchanging bodily fluids, safe sex, or touching of any kind is risky. My understanding is they need an offer x for y, this can be implied, and acceptance to convict. So I think that kissing, groping, or show me your private before hand can never be a bad idea.
