Age Discrimination? Curiosity....

To the OP - first of all, absolutely you can set any restrictions you wish. It's your body and safety at issue. Plus, it appears to me that a black man simply can't get laid, as virtually every BP ad I've ever seen makes the point of excluding them. So if discrimination based on race - a protected class - is accepted in this hobby, then obviously discriminating based on age should not raise any eyebrows.

However, I am struck by the seeming absence of logic you have disclosed. WTF does one 35 year old guy being a mental case with anger issues have to do with every other guy under 40? That seems an irrational reason to discriminate against half the men on the planet. lol.

Of course. Several experiences amounts to a data set, upon which it is rational to act. I was simply going by your OP that made it look like you made a decision based on 1 experience.

Don't get me wrong, if the conversation is to my liking, and there is no red-flags exceptions have and can be done. I was just curious as to what the gentlemen think. I feel that the only way a discrimination can hurt your business, is if you are naive and have no clue as to when to say yes, or no... I love older men because they have a bit more experience. I have never been interested in anyone in their 20's, and I didn't date men in their mid 30's until I became 35. But I have never discriminated against any age over 21 unless there's a maturity issue. Some of my best clients were younger than I would normally consider in real life.

But what percentage of guys under the age of 40 have acted this way? Yes, there will be a correlation between age and inappropriate behavior, but not a significant one(especially after the age of 30). Also, why discriminate against black men? I think you are being irrational when you discriminate based on age and race. I believe you are just not attracted to younger men, you prefer older men, which is fine, I just wish you would come out and say it.
