That is what I was trying to articulate in my original post. Sorry if I confused anyone. I don't mind a provider texting me or calling me back if I've left her a message to do so, but after I texted and left her a VM I would contact her, the calls and texts kept coming.

Honey:That is what vibrate, or turning the phone off, will handle for you. Keep in mind that not everybody understands things the way you think they should. Just remember that education and upbringing determines how a person will handle a given situation.
