Redskins played the Packers yesterday. Redskins did play the Colts the 2nd week of the season and got beaten 21-9. And for whatever reason the attendance was 70% of capacity. The attendance at yesterday's Redskin's game was 82,000, 100% of capacity.

Look in the stands at yesterday's Denver@Baltimore game. Doesn't look like 99% attendance to me. Granted it was raining. The numbers are being manipulated.
