I kind of wish I was a newb again, knowing the ugly side of this industry is not for the faint of heart...
I'm as a new as they come; 10 posts and one review but that's just on ECCIE. I've been a member of P411 for over year and was referred to this board by one of the ladies there. So far, so good. Originally Posted by illuminati

The main problem with newbies is most do not want to take the time to learn the ropes. The Search tab is their friend. Just about any questions they have can be answered with a quick search and a little reading. But most want to sign up today and just start asking questions and then wonder why others will not help. If they cannot help themselves no one here can help them. Then its sadly comical when the newbies just start contacting the ladies and wonder why none will see him
Very good point Pyramider , too bad this site doesn't come with instructions . It was 6 months before I had an avatar , and 9 months before I could post a pic . Of course I never asked how , figured it out eventually .

A newbie posting in Austin is like a duck walking through China Town. The out come usually isn't good!

Steering your references from the ladies to P411 was a wise move. I think board presence on eccie is less reliable and goes stale much faster if you take a break from the action.
