This is webhosting, which is a challenge for message boards that may or may not discuss illegal activities. You can't put this on aws or it'll get seized, so they still have to host these sites on virtual/physical machines in countries that don't care. Also, authorities and other parties execute dns attacks, which may or may not be causing the 502 error.

You mean uptime? Security is an entirely different realm, and both these boards are swiss cheese in terms of IT security.

It's because Eccie collects funds from memberships while OH2 is free is how Eccie is generally more reliable.

It's ironic how people talk crap about ECCIE over there but, the "second" that board goes down temporarily; everyone comes over here crying as if ECCIE can fix the issue.
