With "Method acting", there is no pretending. You train yourself to be in the moment using techniques, to develop thoughts and feelings for a temporary period of time, to 'be' in character. It's a legitimate method for actors to get in the moment. Look it up. :-) It has allowed me to enjoy every date (some more than others)…and I never have to use any lube. Some providers can chime in here, but I do believe there are instances where the IOP is not necessary, as there is true passion involved, when the two just "click". But it's the other times when there is no instant connection (most likely from the provider's point of view), where the onus is on the provider to make it at least an "illusion of passion". This is where some acting skills can really separate the good ones from the average providers.
